For current members, after you sign in with your OTP code, in your dashboard under "Edit Company Profile you see "Username xxxxxx Password xxxxxx then a "Blue Key" icon, click on this and then enter and confirm your desired password. 

This new password with auto-generated Username are your login credentials. If you are a new member the enrollment confirmation email has your login credentials.
